1. Who is responsible

FDC operates fdcshop.com and is the controller of the little personal data the site handles.

2. What we store — and what we do not

We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number to open an account. An account is a random number; we store a one-way cryptographic hash of it, not the number itself, so we cannot tell you what it is and cannot link it to a person.

When you order, we store the delivery name and address you give us, the order itself, and the blockchain transaction that paid for it. That is what a courier needs and what accounting requires.

3. Connection data

To limit abuse, the site keeps a hashed form of the connecting IP address for a short time when an account is created or a login fails. The hash cannot be reversed to the address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

4. Cookies

The site sets one cookie, to keep you signed in after you enter your account number, and one to remember your language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Who sees it

The delivery details of an order are passed to the warehouse dispatching it and to the carrier. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else, and we send no marketing.

6. How long

Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Connection hashes are deleted automatically after the limiting window. An account with no orders can be forgotten on request.

7. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about an order, ask for it to be corrected, or — outside the records we must keep — ask for it to be deleted. Because an account is anonymous, we will ask you to prove control of it with the account number or a payment reference before acting.
